Cancellation Policy

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

In the event of tour or travel service cancellation, whether due to avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we kindly request that you inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive your written notification, and the cancellation charges will be as follows:
  1. Cancellations made before 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 20% of the tour/service cost.
  2. Cancellations made before 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the tour/service cost.
  3.  Cancellations made 15 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, will not be eligible for any refund.
***** Please Note:  Regardless of the cancellation slabs mentioned above, if you choose to cancel the tour services after making a booking with us, a minimum service charge of 10% will be applicable. This service charge covers administrative and operational costs incurred during the booking process.
 
Please be informed that in the event of a cancellation after the trip has commenced, no refunds will be provided. This applies to any unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, missed meals, or any other services that were not utilized during the trip.
 
We highly recommend carefully considering your travel plans and ensuring that you are committed to the trip before its commencement. Once the trip has started, we cannot offer any refunds for any portion of the trip that is not utilized.
 
Please take note of this policy regarding cancellations after the trip has commenced, and feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns.
 

Tour Postponement Policy

To postpone a tour, guests are required to notify GoEazyCab via email at least 10 days prior to the scheduled commencement of the tour. However, please note that the final decision on postponing the tour will depend on various circumstances.
 
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, necessitating a change in travel plans. We encourage guests to reach out to us as early as possible to discuss the possibility of postponement and explore alternative options.
 
Please ensure that you provide clear and timely communication via email for any tour postponement requests. Our team will assess the feasibility and availability of rescheduling the tour based on the specific circumstances involved.
 

Refund of Unused/Unutilized Services

In the case of unused or unutilized services that have been paid for and canceled in advance, the refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation policy described above. The refund will be processed and credited back to the individual who made the original payment.
 
Please note that the refund process may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to complete due to banking procedures. If the refund is issued to a credit card account or bank account, any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
