Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they outline our reservation policy and liabilities. By using our GoEazyCab, you automatically accept these terms and conditions. In the following Terms and Conditions, the term “you” or “passenger” refers to the clients/guests/customers availing the service from GoEazyCab, and “we” or “our” or “company” refers to GoEazyCab. By registering on our website or using our service, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stated herein. By giving your consent, you allow GoEazyCab to send you emails, exciting offers, and notifications. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from accessing our service.

Payments and Reservation

  1. In order to secure your reservation with GoEazyCab, it is necessary to make an initial deposit. This deposit amount is a percentage of the total tour cost and is required at the time of booking. By submitting the deposit, you confirm your commitment to the reservation and ensure the availability of our services for your desired dates. The specific deposit amount may vary depending on the nature and duration of the tour. The remaining balance of the tour cost will be due at a later specified date, which will be communicated to you by GoEazyCab. Failure to submit the required deposit within the designated timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
  2. If you wish to make changes to your travel arrangements, such as altering your departure date or accommodation, after confirming the services with GoEazyCab, it is essential to notify us at least 10 days prior to the start of the tour. We will make every effort to accommodate these changes, but please note that it may not always be possible, especially in tours that involve Government Accommodation. Any requests for changes must be made in writing by the individual who made the booking. Please be aware that any costs incurred due to amendments, including administrative fees or additional charges from service providers, will be the responsibility of the passenger making the changes.
  3. The customer is required to pay the remaining balance amount in full before the commencement of the tour. It is essential to settle this payment prior to the start of the tour to ensure the reservation’s validity and smooth execution. Failure to make the full payment before the tour’s commencement may result in the cancellation of the booking. Please make sure to fulfill the payment obligation in a timely manner to avoid any inconvenience or disruption to your tour.

Here’s the breakdown of the payment schedule:

  • Advance: Pay 30% of the final amount at the time of booking.
  • On Day 1: Pay 50% of the final amount on the first day of the tour.
  • Before Last Day: Pay the remaining balance, which constitutes the rest of the final payment, before the last day of the tour.

Clients/Guests/Customers Details & Health

To confirm your travel arrangements, please ensure you provide all the requested details and complete the necessary requirements. Failure to do so may result in the inability to confirm your booking. Promptly providing the requested information will help ensure a smooth travel experience.

  1. In order to complete your travel arrangements, it is necessary for you to provide the following details: your full name as stated on a valid identification card, your date of birth, nationality, and any pre-existing medical conditions that may impact your ability to fulfill the travel arrangements. These details are essential for ensuring a safe and suitable travel experience. Please make sure to provide the requested information accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the smooth completion of your travel arrangements.
  2. You are responsible for assessing your suitability for the tour. It is advised to consult your physician to confirm your fitness for travel and participation in planned activities.
  3. Please note that your booking cannot be confirmed unless you provide the requested details. These details are essential for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your reservation. Kindly ensure that you provide all the necessary information in order to proceed with the confirmation of your booking. Failure to provide the required details may result in the inability to confirm your reservation.

Pricing and Variability

Please be aware that our trip prices are subject to variable and seasonal pricing, which is a common practice in the travel industry. This means that the prices of our trips may fluctuate based on factors such as demand, market conditions, and availability. It is possible that different passengers on the same trip may be charged different prices.

To secure the price you see at the time of booking, it is recommended to make your reservation promptly. Once you receive a quote, the price will be locked in as long as you pay the required deposit before the quote’s expiration. Please note that any subsequent reduced pricing or discounts that may become available after you have paid your deposit will not be applicable to your booking.

Rights to amend the itinerary if required

Adherence to Itinerary and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Once the tour has commenced, we will strictly follow the finalized itinerary. However, it is important to note that in certain events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify some or all parts of the itinerary. These changes are made to prioritize the safety and well-being of our valued passengers.
Factors such as unforeseen events, natural disasters, political instability, or any other situations that may jeopardize passenger safety or travel experience may necessitate alterations to the itinerary. Rest assured that we will make every effort to provide suitable alternative arrangements while ensuring your safety and convenience.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these unforeseen circumstances. Our aim is to deliver a remarkable and secure travel experience, and we will always prioritize the well-being of our esteemed passengers.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

Loss or Damage: GoEazyCab management hereby disclaims any liability for loss, damages, or loss of life resulting from accidents, political issues, theft/robbery, or any unforeseen events beyond human control. While we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers, certain circumstances may arise that are beyond our control. Therefore, customers are advised to exercise caution, take necessary precautions, and secure their belongings. GoEazyCab management shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages, including loss of life, incurred under such circumstances. 

Price Adjustments: Please note that any increases in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges implemented by the government after the finalization of the tour/service cost will be charged as an additional expense. 

Acting as Agents: GoEazyCab acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers. All services are subject to the terms and conditions of these providers, and any tickets, contracts, exchange orders, or receipts issued by us are governed by their respective terms and conditions. 

Itinerary Flexibility: Our provided itineraries serve as general guides for the trip schedule. However, factors such as weather conditions, road conditions, and the physical abilities of participants may require changes to the itinerary before or during the tour. We reserve the right to modify the schedule in the interest of the safety, comfort, and well-being of our customers. 

Rate Modifications: Our rates are based on negotiated agreements with hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Please be aware that hotels and airlines may modify their rates without prior notice. In such cases, the rates quoted before the modification may be subject to change by us to reflect the revised rates set by the hotels or airlines. The standard check-in and checkout times of hotels apply unless otherwise specified in the itinerary. 

Limitation of Liability: GoEazyCab shall not be held responsible for any delays, program alterations, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdown, transport breakdown, weather conditions, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any unforeseen incidents. 

Insurance: GoEazyCab does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. We strongly advise visitors to obtain suitable insurance coverage in their home country. All baggage and personal belongings are the responsibility of the client at all times.
